Spiritual Counseling

It is usually an issue that brings someone to counseling -- a break-up, grief, problems with parents or children, depression, substance abuse -- are just a few.   Whatever the issue, the individual decides he or she needs help -- someone to help them feel better.  My work as a Spiritual Counselor is about going much further and much deeper than just feeling better.   I cannot and will not "fix you".  Being of service -- assisting YOU in YOUR work toward finding and being "the Earthly reflection of Spirit Within"  is what this work is about.

It is my belief that in the same way individuals come into this world with a higher purpose,  businesses and organizations do also.   This higher purpose is usually found in the Mission Statement.   It is also my belief that often, what is perceived as management issues and/or problems is in truth, the non-alignment of individuals within an organization with the stated mission.

I work with organizations and businesses to forward the progress of your stated mission.   Through groups facilitation, seminars, and or retreats, we work together to get to the core issues and find creative solutions.  I combine my life-long gifts as a Spiritual Counselor with 35 years as a skilled  Management Consultant;  allowing us to work together in the creation of Transformational Management.   We transform the letters, meaning and effects of operating from the space of "s c a r e d" to the intentionality and creativity of working and do business in the space of "s a c r e d".
